²Booking per Event:
We offer companies with several event and video projects, as well as service providers and resellers, an ongoing annual agreement with many advantages:

³Framework agreement UNLIMITED – 12 months:
If an annual (framework) agreement is concluded, each additional event within 30 days will be billed with the ³additional services (from 250 €).

• Discounted basic service
  Price advantage from the first event.
• Low costs for further events
  From the second event, only the ³additional services (from € 500) will be billed.
• Permanent availability
  All services (excluding additional services) are available at any time and without prior booking.
• Unlimited projects and tests
  Create any number of projects and test or present them free of charge (up to 10 participants).
• VOD hosting
  Recordings can be stored and published for up to 12 months (instead of 30 days).
• Monthly billing
  Service period: 30 days each, minimum term: 12 months.

Scope of Services:
In addition to the services of the basic package, “additional services” can also be booked. For example, additional event days (one event day – 24 hours – is included in the basic package) or additional services and functions, such as additional live channels, additional numbers of participants, and much more. to use.

The duration of a booking per event is limited to a maximum of 30 days. During this time, one or more projects can be published, registrations and participants managed, the live event carried out and recordings made accessible.

End of Booking:
Bookings end automatically at the end of the respective service period, usually after 30 days. No additional termination is required.
The service, including all project data, remains available as a “free test account” (up to a maximum of 10 participants). You can repeat projects at any time as well as create, test and present new projects.

New Functions – Development – Interfaces:
We are constantly developing our webcast modules and streaming services. Should you still miss a function that is important to you in our standard solutions, please do not hesitate to contact us! In addition, we also offer individual programming and adjustments as well as integration into existing systems.

Setup – Plug & Stream (optional):
We would be happy to set up your live stream or complex webcast projects according to your individual design specifications and the desired functionalities at a fixed price!

IMS Webcast Platform:
Use our cloud service to create individual access and / or player websites with just a few clicks of the mouse. Publish your webcast project via the secure IMS server platform via link or use the copy & paste code to embed it on your own website. Enhance your video project with messages, chat, feedback or e-mail and easily add links, download options, or interactive elements, and much more.
For the creation of webcast projects we offer direct access to the content of the IMS media server. In addition, we also support the integration of videos or live streams from other platforms or your own server systems. We support encoder solutions from Wirecast, OSB, XSplit, TriCast, Osprey, and many more.

IMS RealTime Video Conference

The basic package enables the use of the following services including:

• max. 100 participants
• max. 12 rooms (including “breakout” rooms)
• any number of administrators / moderators
• premium support

Additional services – further event days and services:
(The number of simultaneous participants and / or rooms can be increased by booking appropriate additional services.)

• additionally, per 100 participants: 250 €

The maximum number of participants per room is limited to 100. On request, this limitation can be increased while observing the project parameters to be agreed (e.g. number of shared videos, bit rate, etc.).
A booking relates to an event day or monthly use with a booking of at least 12 months.

Video List / Selection:
This function scans the selected directory of your IMS media server and lists all the videos it contains. Thumbnails can be created and added along with text to identify each video title. The video list can be edited, e. g. to add or delete individual (new) videos or to adjust the order of the listing. Ideal for creating a video selection or a “small” media portal.

Restream:
Your live stream is forwarded on the server to up to three (more on request) different social media or video platforms. Only a live stream has to be encoded on site and sent to the IMS media server. The additional streaming destinations will be set up by us according to your specifications.

Live Transcoding / Adaptive, Multibitrate Streaming:
Server-side, automated conversion of a live audio / video stream into three different streams (240p/480p/720p/1080p), each with optimized encoding parameters. When the video stream is delivered, the IMS player checks the internet connection available to the viewer and the window size and, depending on this, delivers the optimal video size and quality. Transcoding for on demand videos is also possible on request.
(Streaming specifications: max. bandwidth: 4 mbit / s, higher bit rates or individual transcoding profiles on request, 24/7 or TV streaming is only supported on request!)

IMS Video Portal / E-Learning Module:
Sort as many videos as you want in individual lists with labels and thumbnails. So grasp e. g. individual event days, topics, speakers, etc. together or publish entire video archives.

We would be happy to create individual video portal solutions for you as well as interfaces to shop, merchandise management or learning management systems. Depending on the functionality required, an additional setup fee may apply and the monthly usage and license fee may increase. After agreeing the scope of services, you will receive an individual offer.
