²Booking per Event
All services apply to one event, meaning a (final) customer event. For additional events, further basic packages must be booked. Tests / demos for up to 10 participants are free of charge. The service period is a maximum of 30 days.

³Framework Agreement UNLIMITED – 12 Months
We offer an ongoing annual agreement with many advantages for companies with multiple event and video projects, as well as service providers and resellers:

• Discounted basic service
  Price advantage starting from the first event.
• Low costs for additional events
  From the second event onward, only ³additional services (starting at €500) are charged.
• Permanent availability
  All services (excluding additional services) are available at any time without prior booking.
• Unlimited projects and tests
  Create and test or present as many projects as you like (free up to 10 participants).
• VoD Hosting
  Recordings can be stored and published for up to 12 months (instead of 30 days).
• Monthly billing
  Service period: each 30 days, minimum term: 12 months.

Scope of Services
In addition to the services included in the basic package, you can also book “*Additional Services”, e.g., to add more event days (one event day – 24 hrs – is included in the basic package) or to use additional features and functions such as more live channels, increased participant limits, and much more.

The booking period per event is limited to a maximum of 30 days. During this time, you can publish one or more projects, manage registrations and participants, host the live event, and make recordings accessible.

End of Booking
Bookings automatically end at the end of the respective service period, usually after 30 days. No separate cancellation is required.

The service, including all project data, remains available as a “free test account” (up to 10 participants). This allows you to repeat projects at any time, as well as create, test, and present new projects.

We continuously develop our webcast modules and streaming services. If you’re missing a function important to you in our standard solutions, feel free to contact us! We also offer custom development and adjustments, as well as integration into existing systems.

We support you free of charge with your questions about our streaming services and platform functionalities.

Setup of Your Webcast / Event Project – Plug & Stream (optional)
We are happy to set up your live stream or complex event project at a fixed price according to your individual design requirements and desired functionalities.

Event / Live Support (optional)
We support event management, webcast producers, or web meeting hosts before, during, and after the event day. This includes invitation management, tests and control of video sources, provision of participation documentation, evaluations, and more. An IMS Consultant is available to you on the test and event day as a dedicated contact person via phone and online.

IMS Webcast Platform
Use our cloud service to create custom access and/or player web pages with just a few clicks. Publish your webcast project via the secure IMS server platform by link or use the copy-&-paste code to embed it on your own website. Enhance your video project with messages, chat, feedback, or email, and easily add links, download options, or interactive elements.

For creating webcast projects, we offer direct access to videos and live channels from the IMS Media Server. We also support the integration of videos or live streams from other platforms or your own server systems.
We support encoder solutions from Wirecast, OSB, XSplit, TriCast, Osprey, and more.

Real-Time Video Conference
The basic package includes the following services:

• max. 100 participants
• max. 12 rooms (including “breakout” rooms)
• unlimited administrators / moderators
• Premium Support

Additional services – more event days and services:
(By booking corresponding additional services, the number of simultaneous participants and/or rooms can be increased.)

• additionally, per 100 participants: €250

The max. number of participants per room is limited to 100. Upon request, this limit can be increased in accordance with agreed project parameters (e.g., number of shared videos, bitrate, etc.).
A booking applies to one event day or monthly use with a booking of at least 12 months.

Video List / Selection
This function scans the selected directory of your IMS Media Server and lists all videos contained within. Thumbnails can be created and added along with text for labeling the individual video titles. The video list can be edited, e.g., to add or delete individual (new) videos or to change the order of the list. Ideal for creating a video selection or a “small” media portal.

Re-Stream:
Your live stream is forwarded server-side to up to three (more upon request) different social media or video platforms. On-site, only one live stream needs to be encoded and sent to the IMS Media Server. The additional streaming destinations are set up by us according to your specifications.

Live Transcoding / Adaptive Multi-Bitrate Streaming
Server-side, automated conversion of a live audio/video stream into three different streams (240p/480p/720p/1080p) with optimized encoding parameters. When delivering the video stream, the IMS Player checks the internet connection and window size available to the viewer and delivers the optimal video size and quality accordingly. Transcoding for on-demand videos is also available upon request.

IMS Video Portal / E-Learning Module
Sort as many videos as you like into custom lists with labels and thumbnails. For example, group individual event days, topic clusters, or speakers, or publish entire video archives.

We are also happy to create custom video portal solutions for you, including interfaces to shop, ERP, or learning management systems.
